Gender Pay Gap Report

Ireland's 2025 gender pay gap reporting requires all employers with 50 or more employees to publish their report by November 2025.

The 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report published by CityJet DAC, shows a mean hourly pay gap of 35.8% in favour of male employees and a median hourly pay gap of 28.5%.

The aim of our publication is to introduce the issue, explain the gender pay gap, what causes it and how we plan to addressed the gap.
