CityJet Fleet

CityJet’s fleet includes 20 CRJ900 aircraft operating from our Copenhagen crew base.

Bombardier CRJ900

CityJet operates a fleet of 20 Bombardier CRJ900 regional jets. The aircraft were built by Bombardier in Montreal, Canada, with major components also produced by Bombardier’s Belfast facility.
The 90-seat CRJ900 is powered by two General Electric CF34-8 turbofans and delivers the lowest fuel burn per seat for jet aircraft in the sub-100 seat category.  The CRJ is approved for the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and is ideally suited for regional markets where 180/190-seat aircraft will use almost 50% more fuel for the same journey.
The aircraft is 36.2m long with a wingspan of 224.9m and has a range of 1,550 nautical miles (2,871km) with a normal cruise speed of 447 knots.
CityJet operates the majority its CRJ900 fleet on behalf of SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) and also offers the aircraft in the wet lease and ad-hoc charter markets.
