CityJet, the airline that flies from the heart of London, has announced an exciting new partnership as the official airline of the London Jazz Festival 2012. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the iconic Festival and is set to be bigger than ever.
As the official airline partner, CityJet will be flying in world-renowned artists who are based in Europe to the centrally located London City Airport. The airline operates services to 20 destinations across Europe, including Toulon, Nantes, Florence & Paris.
The link up will also enable CityJet to reward its loyal customers with tickets to experience some of the top artists performing at the annual Festival. Prestigious musicians including Herbie Hancock, Sonny Rollins and John McLaughlin will be taking to the stage from Friday 9th – Sunday 18th November. As well as established stars, the celebration of jazz also showcases emerging talent at various venues across the capital.
CityJet will be promoting the London Jazz Festival extensively in the airline’s in-flight magazine Velocity and through announcements to passengers on board. In addition, the airline will be giving away 10 pairs of tickets to followers of its social media channels and will also be targeting its top frequent flyers with complimentary tickets.
