Baggage Irregularities
In accordance with Air France's General Terms and Conditions of Carriage there are set guidelines for the compensation of passengers as a result of baggage irregularities.
In the case of damage to baggage a complaint must be brought to the attention of a baggage agent upon discovery or in the event that damage is subsequently found in writing within 7 days; where comments arise as a result of delayed baggage correspondence must be within 21 days of the date of delivery.
For claims in relation to lost or damaged baggage all correspondence should be made to:

Please ensure that the following is included with all correspondence: passenger ticket / baggage tags, baggage file reference (claim number) and any receipts for expenses incurred. |
