All passengers on CityJet flights are required to present official identification documents (passports or national identification document) at check-in and/or at the gate. This is required in order to allow CityJet staff to verify that the customer who is booked on the flight is actually the passenger who is checking in, and that he/she is in possession of the documents required by immigration services.
Failure to present valid photo ID (a passport or national identification document) matching the name(s) on your reservation will result in passengers being refused travel without refund. Substitute documents will not be accepted.
| You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations and travel requirements of countries to be flown from, into or through which you transit.
Cityjet reserves the right to refuse carriage if you have not complied with these requirements, or your travel documents do not appear to be in order, or if you do not permit us to take copies thereof.
