Wheelchair Assistance
CityJet accepts without charge the carriage of wheelchairs. Passengers may chose to make their reservation on-line or by calling Air France reservations on Dublin (01) 605 0383 or London 0870 142 4343 for further information on this service.
When booking on-line passengers requiring wheelchair assistance are asked to verify by telephone with our Call Centre the exact nature of the assistance required, the type of wheelchair or battery powered mobility aid to be carried and the weight/dimensions of such items.
CityJet will accept for carriage battery powered mobility aids with both dry and wet cell batteries. For wet cell non-spillable batteries the passenger must ensure that equipment is carried as checked baggage, the battery must be disconnected and the terminals disconnected to prevent accidental short circuit.
For mobility aids that operate with a spillable battery carriage is subject to the above conditions plus the package containing the wheelchair must have on it "Battery wet, with wheelchair" or "Battery wet, with mobility aid" and bear a "Corrosive" label and indicate its correct orientation.
FOR VERIFICATION OF THE CARRIAGE OF WHEELCHAIRS/MOBILITY AIDS IN EXCESS OF 30KG AND TO ENSURE THAT OUR AUTHORISED CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE FOR PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL REQUITREMENTS IS NOT EXCEEDED PLEASE Contact Air France Reservations at LEAST 72 HRS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE NON-ACCEPTENCE FOR TRAVEL.

Reduced Mobility Passengers
Any passenger wishing to bring their seeing eye /hearing dog on board must make their request known at the time of reservation. For safety reasons CityJet will not accept any more than 2 seeing eye /hearing dog dogs per flight. All dogs must be harnessed and muzzled at all times.
Passengers should make themselves aware of all quarantine regulations or Pet Passport Schemes at their chosen departure and destination prior to making any reservation.

Unaccompanied Minors
On all CityJet operated services unaccompanied minors are accepted for travel from the age of 5 through 11 years inclusive. To avail of the Air France dedicated Planete Bleue service for minors please contact Air France reservations on Dublin (01) 605 0383 or London 0870 142 4343 to give full details regarding your child and their escort details. Please note a maximum of 6 unaccompanied minors is allowed per flight under our authorised conditions of carriage.
Unaccompanied Young Persons
Young passengers aged 12 -17 may travel unaccompanied provided they travel as an adult. CityJet nor Air France will be responsible for, or provide any special assistance to these passengers and a corresponding Form of Indemnity must be signed by a parent/guardian at the point of departure. Without a completed Form passengers may be denied boarding.
Young passenges 12-17 who wish to avail of the Planete Bleue service may do so for an additional fee. Please contact Air France reservations on Dublin (01) 605 0383 or London 0870 142 4343 for further information on this service.
Please be aware that passengers under the age of 16 years will need their own passport to travel unless they are named on their parents' passport and that parent is travelling with them.
Unaccompanied young persons may not escort minors aged 5-11. Children aged 2-11 must be accompanied by an escort of at least 18 years

Travelling While Pregnant
For the safety and comfort of all pregnant women travelling by air, CityJet has introduced the following regulations:
Up to 28 weeks: CityJet will carry pregnant women without a doctor's certificate. Our Handling Agents may request the individual to sign an indemnity confirming that they are less than 28 weeks pregnant.
28 to 34 weeks: CityJet requires a doctor's certificate confirming that the passenger is fit and healthy and specifying the date that the baby is due. If a passenger between 28 and 34 weeks pregnant arrives to check-in without the required doctor's certificate, they must obtain a certificate from their doctor prior to being accepted for the flight. If they cannot obtain certificate prior to their Check-In Deadline, their ticket may be revalidated for travel on the next available flight, after they produce the required certificate.
34 weeks and over: Pregnant passengers may only fly for urgent medical or compassionate reasons and must be accompanied by a Doctor. However the Captain of the aircraft may deny boarding to a pregnant passenger if the weather forecast for the flight is particularly unfavourable. It is the responsibility of all pregnant women to advise CityJet of their condition at the point of reservation.

Medical Conditions
Passengers who have a medical condition that may require some specific attention during flight are required to make CityJet aware of the nature of their condition, any prescribed medication, a contact for their health care provider (if necessary) and any special attention that would be required during flight at the time of booking by contacting Air France Reservations on Dublin (01) 605 0383 or London 0870 142 4343 in advance of travel.
