On-time Performance


CityJet is dedicated to providing our customers with a long term, safe, reliable and successful travel Service Company. Our on-time performance record is an essential element in achieving this goal.

We will always endeavour to operate our scheduled services at an on-time performance level of no less than 85% of our services departing inside the acceptable level of 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time.

As part of our commitment to achieving our performance goals we will publish our on-time performance records each month.
