If you have experienced flight disruption, either your flight has been cancelled or has been delayed for at least three hours, CityJet can offer the following options: - A full refund
- Rebook the same day on the next available CityJet flight.
- Rebook to a later flight: immediately rebook to travel within one month of the departure date of your affected flight.

Apply for a RefundIf your flight has been cancelled or you have suffered three hours or more delay, you can contact your local Air France-KLM reservations for all CityJet telephone after sales support: changes to existing bookings, ticket cancellations and refunds. Or you can change your booking online here.
